16mm 400′ Economic Plastic Split Reel (Single Reel)

Durable 3D printed 16mm split reels are an affordable solution to the aging metal counterparts.  Excellent for those needing to project or scan up to 400′ of 16mm film already on cores.  With an empty plastic core installed (sold separately), these also double as quality take-up reels.  Successfully field tested with daily use in Spectra’s film lab!   Application:  Split reel for mounting film on cores intended for projectors, rewind heads or scanners with standard shaft or spindle. Capacity:  Maximum of 400′ 16mm film on 2″ core.  Core not included. Measurement:  7″ across. Format Compatibility: Fits on standard 5/16″ keyed spindle or shaft.  For use with standard 16mm film projectors and edit rewinds. Material:  Premium PLA Plastic.  Will not bend, warp or discolor over time.  Impervious to rust and corrosion.
